Professional Services
Enterprise Asset Management is serious business. The Fulcrum Professional Services mission is help you at each stage of the process – from performing needs analysis, to establishing pilot programs, to implementing full-scale enterprise systems.

Continuous Improvement: Professional Services can help you keep up-to-date with the latest system improvements as well as coordinate with Fulcrum Training and Support teams to make sure your organization achieves maximum performance efficiency.
Training Services
Fulcrum Training Services provides several levels and methods of instruction to meet the needs of your organization as you use CATS to manage your infrastructure.
Our mission is to get your people – from your field work force to your back office personnel – properly trained on all aspects of the CATS system.
Our training curriculum is designed to be thorough, comprehensive and relevant to ensure your personnel achieve a high level of proficiency with CATS, in order to bring immediate benefits to your organization.
We also understand our customers’ needs are varied, so we offer convenient, flexible instruction options, such as computer-based training seminars and video webinars as well as traditional hands-on learning conducted on-site by Fulcrum training specialists.
We also offer “mock systems” – designed to simulate using CATS – so that your staff can experience using the system as it would be used in the field.
Technical Support
Fulcrum Technical Support interacts with customers concerning all facets of the CATS solution– software defect handling and escalation, software functionality support, mobile computing support, incremental system training, and other technical support issues. Fulcrum Technical Support is accessed via multiple channels, including telephone, and email.
Fulcrum provides the following Support framework for our customers:
- Dedicated internal team that is focused on providing technical triage and support with optional 24/7 availability.
- A web-based customer support portal for creation and tracking of issues, trouble tickets and feature requests.
- Service level agreements are established with the customer prior to any engagement.
